Nous disposons d'une structure à taille humaine avec peu de hiérarchie et une forte proximité entre tous les collaborateurs du groupe.
Neurones IT se positionne sur un haut niveau d'expertise sur les infrastructures, la production, le Cloud, le DevOps et les Réseaux et Sécurité. Aujourd'hui, c'est plus de 1000 collaborateurs et prestataires de services, et un portefeuille de plus de 250 clients grands comptes.
Pour l'un de nos clients grands comptes dans le secteur du transport ferroviaire, nous recherchons notre futur Team Leader Dynatrace - F/H, qui sera en charge d'effectuer les missions suivantes :
- Comprendre l'architecture des applications et être capable de proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des projets.
- Gérer l'équipe avec des points quotidiens et organiser les réunions hebdomadaires (COMOP) et mensuelles (COPIL).
- Rencontrer les équipes projet pour bien comprendre leurs besoins et y répondre efficacement.
- Épauler le référent du Centre de Compétences (CDC) Performance, notamment sur des sujets comme le scripting et la surveillance des performances.
- Administrer et superviser l'infrastructure Dynatrace on-premise.
- Être l'interlocuteur privilégié entre les besoins exprimés par la DGNUM et la mise en œuvre via les ressources qu’il gère.
Votre profil :
Nous sommes à la recherche d'une personne issue d'une formation Informatique (MIAGE, IUP, ou d'une école d'ingénieur) et disposant de minimum 5 ans d'expériences dans un environnement à dimension middleware avec de bonnes connaissances sur Dynatrace.
Connaissances requises :
- Middlewares : Tomcat, Jboss, Weblogic, Nginx, etc
- Web Server : Apache, IIS
- Operating System : Linux – Windows, Solaris
- Outils de Monitoring : Datadog et Dynatrace
