Poste : En tant que membre de l'équipe Product Design d'Air Liquide, vous jouerez un rôle déterminant dans la définition d'insights issus de recherches qualitatives et dans la conception d'expériences cibles. En adoptant des approches de recherche et de conception centrées utilisateurs et alignées avec les objectifs métiers, vous définirez des concepts de produits et de services engageants.

Vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

Recherche et synthèse
Vous formulerez des insights suite à la réalisation d'études qualitatives ainsi que des recommandations actionnables pour accompagner la prise de décision de nos partenaires ainsi que les membres de l'équipe Product Design. Ce poste nécessite donc un intérêt marqué pour les approches de recherche qualitative (ex : personas, analyse de parcours).

Définition d'expériences cibles
À partir des résultats de vos recherches, vous définirez des expériences cibles prenant en compte les besoins, motivations et aspirations des utilisateurs. (ex : parcours utilisateur, service blueprint). Vous serez responsable de la conceptualisation et de la définition de produits et services numériques afin d'assurer l'engagement des utilisateurs et des parties prenantes. (ex : atelier de définition, définition de user stories).

Représentation visuelle

Vous incarnerez les conclusions et recommandations à travers d'artefacts visuels afin d'aligner les partenaires internes autour d'une vision commune, en utilisant diverses techniques de représentation. (ex : modélisation de concept, cartographie des parties prenantes).

Pilotage de projets
Vous dirigerez plusieurs projets stratégiques avec une grande 'autonomie, tout en guidant des user researchers ou designers juniors et en engageant les parties prenantes pour garantir la bonne réalisation des livrables attendus.

Design business

Vous participerez à la définition des challenges métiers et commerciaux afin de créer, délivrer et capturer de la valeur en utilisant des approches qualitatives, notamment évaluatives. (ex: proposition de valeur, cartographie de la valeur ).
Profil : Diplôme et Expérience

Bac+5 Master Design, Sciences Humaines et Sociales, gestion de l'Innovation ou dans tout autre domaine académique similaire.
*

Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en entreprise, dans le conseil, en agences ou en startups, avec des interactions directes avec des clients et des partenaires internes.

Compétences techniques

*

Vous êtes capable de mener des recherches utilisateurs rigoureuses et de formuler des insights exploitables.
*

Vous avez l'aptitude à créer des expériences cibles basées sur des concepts centré-utilisateur et métiers.
*

Vous êtes également capable de modéliser des artefacts visuels engageants, (Figma, Adobe ..).

Compétences interpersonnelles

Vous êtes capable de mener à bien plusieurs projets et de gérer des parties prenantes dans un contexte international.

Vous considérez les défis comme des opportunités, faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe et êtes orienté solution.
