We’re consolidating our presence in Barcelona and looking for a French-speaking resourcer to assist our specialist recruiters. This role will suit someone with the determination and ambition to build a career in an exciting sector. We expect you to be good enough to move to a recruitment consultant role—this is a growth position within a motivated and hard-working team.

A benefit of this role is that the successful applicant will be taught and mentored by a highly experienced international consultant in the digital design and marketing sectors. This role also offers the successful applicant the opportunity to graduate to other roles in Prosperity in the future.

What do we need you to do? You need to cover the basics of assisting our recruitment consultants in delivering great candidates to our clients: helping out with sourcing people, screening them, and qualifying them. This is a job for someone who is confident, sociable, detail-oriented, and great at connecting the dots.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Using our top-notch recruitment software to help our specialists source excellent candidates for demanding clients.
  • Understanding client businesses and their growth needs.
  • Screening candidates to ensure they match the position and job well.
  • Prioritising the incoming candidates for our specialists.
  • Reading our recruiters’ minds to help them as much as you can

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Native level French + Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience in resourcing or recruitment would be fantastic, but previous roles in customer service/sales/digital marketing would also be very suitable.
  • A confident, sociable person keen to make a career in a growth sector.
  • We need you to be organised and on top of your workload so that other people can be too.
  • We also want you to be ambitious, put in the hours to upskill, learn our tools and take the initiative (not much then)
  • Interest in social media, marketing, and creative industries will also work in your favour.
  • Goal-oriented and confident in the quality of your work.
