Publicis Health France (75020), Publicis Groupe healthcare communication agency in France, is looking for a Strategy Lead for a global client.

You will set and orchestrate 360 pharmaceutical marketing strategies across all channels and media.
You will report to the CEO of the agency.
Key responsibilities:
- Developing strong client relationships, from day-to-day clients to senior leadership, as a key strategic and business partner
- Leading the strategic direction with internal and external teams in relation to the clients’ brand development and marketing approach
- Gaining a deep, holistic and evolving understanding of the client’s business objectives, challenges, threats and opportunities – including forward looking awareness of emerging competitive threats – and formulating actionable strategic recommendations based on that understanding
- Bringing experience from other brands and therapeutic areas to illuminate or support new strategies and solutions
- Developing a nuanced understanding of our clients’ customers’ wants, needs, and behaviors across the full customer journey
- Manage Medical Strategists
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with an advanced scientific degree preferred, including a track record of impactful work experience and professional ingenuity
- A marketing-savvy problem-solver with the unstoppable drive to inspire teams and bring the best work to life, based on your expertise with omni-channel orchestration
- Successful track record within the Pharma marketing space a must.
- Perfect knowledge of the French local healthcare landscape, as well as a good understanding of the global challenges
- A strong analytical thinker and translator with exceptional research dexterity, including several years of experience with media-centric tools to uncover the data and insights that drives strategic communications planning and implementation
- A creative provocateur and persuasive storyteller who is endlessly curious and questioning with a keen ability to shift perspective as well as illuminate powerful insights and creative potential through data and narrativecollaboration with all levels of the agency and its partners that will drive growth
- A true collaborator that has worked on large scale projects across multiple digital properties – the true dot connector
- An approachable manager with a solid track record of team oversight looking to further develop their management skillset. An all-around seasoned professional with exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to change
- Fluent in both French and English mandatory
