Key Fact : Dans un contexte de forte croissance, l’entreprise vise à continuer son développement afin d’atteindre rapidement un chiffre d’affaires de 30 millions d'euros.


Plus précisément, notre client vient d'acquérir une entreprise de taille plus modeste, spécialisée dans la commercialisation d’une solution ERP complète destinée aux acteurs du secteur du recyclage.


MISSIONS

Dans le cadre de ce rachat et pour une création de ce poste et en tant que Responsable Commercial Grand Comptes/Sales manager, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans le développement commercial de l'entreprise.


  • Stratégie commerciale : Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie commerciale pour les grands comptes afin d’atteindre les objectifs de vente.
  • Gestion des grands comptes : Se concentrer sur la gestion des comptes clés avec un panier moyen de 100-150 K€.
  • Cycle de vente : Gérer des cycles de vente de 6 mois, depuis la prospection jusqu’à la conclusion des contrats.
  • Management : Encadrer et motiver une équipe de deux personnes pour maximiser la performance commerciale.
  • Relation client : Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients pour assurer leur satisfaction et fidélisation.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Au minimum 5 ans d'expérience en sales (grand compte)
  • Expérience avérée dans le secteur du software, idéalement avec une sensibilité aux enjeux environnementaux et recyclage.
  • Capacité à gérer des cycles de vente longs et complexes.
  • Compétences en management d'équipe (2 personnes)

REMUNERATION :

70K € package (50+20) + voiture.
