Kolecto, filiale de Crédit Agricole et de la Fabrique by CA, est une Fintech en pleine croissance qui aide les dirigeants de TPE/PME et leurs collaborateurs à reprendre le contrôle de leurs finances et de leur temps.


L'équipe

Dirigée par Kieran (Head of Marketing & Growth), notre équipe marketing s’étoffe et aujourd’hui est composée de Méloé (Digital Marketing), Laetitia (Field Marketing), Elise (Lead Product Marketing), Romain (CRM) et travaille en étroite collaboration avec Pierre Tâm-Anh (Head of Corporate Communications & Public Affairs). Des talents complémentaires aux parcours variés, rompus aux modes opératoires et exigences du SaaS, grâce à un track record dans l’écosystème startup (Indy, Yousign, Batch, Mooncard, Supermood, Stoïk, etc.).


Le poste

En tant que Marketing Ops Manager, vous serez le moteur d'une exécution marketing fluide et performante pour structurer et décupler notre croissance, et vous veillerez à ce que toutes les actions marketing soient optimisées, efficaces, et alignées sur la stratégie globale de Kolecto.


Responsabilités

Pour ce poste, vos responsabilités seront notamment :

  • Optimisation des processus : mettre en place et améliorer continuellement les processus marketing pour garantir une efficacité opérationnelle et une collaboration fluide entre les équipes;
  • Suivi et analyse de la performance : être responsable de la mesure et de l'analyse de la performance des campagnes et initiatives marketing. Proposer des axes d'amélioration basés sur des KPIs pertinents et des données marketing;
  • Alignement stratégique : s'assurer que toutes les initiatives marketing sont alignées avec la stratégie globale de Kolecto et contribuent aux objectifs de l'entreprise;
  • Gestion de la data marketing : assurer la qualité, la cohérence, et la centralisation des données marketing. Travailler étroitement avec la direction pour suivre les KPIs et interpréter les insights afin d'optimiser les décisions stratégiques.


Profil recherché

  • Expérience marketing confirmée : 4 à 5 ans d'expérience minimum dans le marketing, avec une compréhension profonde des différents métiers (CRM, Growth, Content, Field, etc.) et de leurs indicateurs de performance;
  • Excellence opérationnelle et rigueur : un track record en gestion de projet complexe qui démontre votre capacité à optimiser les processus et à coordonner différentes parties prenantes;
  • Maîtrise des données marketing : solide expérience en analyse de données et mesure de la performance marketing, avec la capacité de transformer rapidement ces données en informations clés actionnables;
  • Sens aigu de la communication et de la collaboration : excellente communication orale et écrite, gestion pragmatique des priorités, capable de travailler efficacement en équipe et de faciliter la collaboration inter- départements;
  • Maîtrise des outils CRM et gestion de projet : expérience avec HubSpot et des outils de gestion de projet comme Asana;
  • Bonus : une connaissance des modèles de distribution indirecte (partenaires/distributeurs) est un plus.
