Come and join us as a Product Manager
Our client builds ground-breaking solutions for digital healthcare and is currently revolutionising how healthcare professionals create and use information, enabling them to focus on the core value of their work: patient outcomes. For our next-generation Digital Ambulatory Care Solutions we are expanding our global, pan-European R&D and Product Management Center. We are looking for creative minds and team players who understand Agile development, love challenges, be able to work cross-functionally, semi-remotely and strive to grow professionally and contribute to a diverse culture.
Responsibilities
- Contribute and define the best way to apply the product vision/strategy;
- Prioritize and communicate the roadmap;
- Stimulate and develop key success indicators by defining and delivering "key results";
- Understand the market (competitive environment, user needs, etc.) and product usage (conduct and interpret data analysis):
- Identify and evaluate the opportunities to be addressed, and how to address them;
- Design solutions with a multidisciplinary team: design, tech, marketing, sales, customer success managers;
- Synchronize with cross-functional teams to prepare for successful product delivery: delivery planning, support for Go To Market teams (marketing, sales, care);
- Monitor success indicators and identify actions to be taken;
- Communicate product updates (market/user analyses, roadmap, etc.);
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment;
- Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, and build relationships with customers and partners.
Qualifications
- You have 4 years of experience in product management;
- You're capable of working with a team and building alignment, without formal authority;
- You've worked in B2C matchmaking models with a strong focus on engagement;
- You're used to working with product designers and lead tech;
- You are data driven and are comfortable combining data with qualitative feedback;
- You are fluent in French and English; Knowledge a German is a plus;
- Knowledge of the Healthcare professional market is a plus;
- You are dynamic, curious and eager to learn.
