This role is a Remote Role, with being in Paris is Mandatory.
The Candidate:
A reliable and experienced Product Manager to oversee our guided tour operations in Paris. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of operational efficiency and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. Strong management skills are essential, as the candidate will manage up to our tours daily and lead a team to ensure service excellence.
Desired Experience
- E-Comm Experience a must
- Travel & Tourism Experience a plus
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- 3+ years of managing product quality
- 3+ years of driving customer satisfaction initiatives
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business Administration.
Desired Skills/Applications
- Fluency in French and English
- Master of Excel (PivotTables, LOOKUP functions, Text Functions)
- Experience in Branding Material & Branding Development
- Experience of creating E-Commerce Products / Experiences
- Organized Photo Shoots
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Tour Operations Management
- Lead a team responsible for tour delivery and guide coordination, ensuring adherence to company standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular quality assessments to uphold service excellence and brand integrity.
- Manage tour schedules, bookings, and logistics efficiently using our CRM.
- Proactively identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation based on customer feedback and industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including tour guides, local attractions, suppliers, and operational teams to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Procurement and Logistics:
- Manage the procurement of equipment such as headsets, ensuring optimal client experience during tours.
- Coordinate branding materials and ensure consistent representation of the company's brand across all touchpoints.
- Coordinate Photo Shoots with Marketing Team at various monuments
- Oversee transportation logistics to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, managing payments, contracts, and forecasting
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to track performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee recruiting and training of Tour Guides ensuring high-quality customer service and adherence to company standards
Product Stakeholder:
- Act as a product stakeholder, representing the interests of both clients and the company in all decisions and improvements.
