Êtes-vous prêt pour un nouveau défi ?

Intégré.e à notre équipe Outils collaboratifs, spécialisée sur les solutions Atlassian votre mission principale sera de répondre aux besoins de nos différents clients au cours des différentes étapes du cycle de vie de leurs projets

Au quotidien, vous interviendrez sur plusieurs projets pour plusieurs clients tous secteurs confondus (Distribution, Luxe, Assurance, Télécom, Transports…).


Vous allez :

  • Analyser et cadrer les besoins clients ;
  • Piloter l’implémentation des outils Atlassian auprès de nos clients ;
  • Configurer et intégrer les outils Atlassian et plugins en fonction des besoins et des exigences de chaque client ;
  • Communiquer régulièrement avec les clients et assurer le lien avec l’équipe Atlassian chez Ouidou ;
  • Proposer des solutions adaptées au besoin de chaque client ;
  • Rédiger des supports formation à destinations des utilisateurs finaux ;
  • Coacher et accompagner les utilisateurs finaux dans la prise en main des outils.

Votre profil

  • Diplômé.e d’un BAC+5 d’une école d’ingénieur ou équivalent universitaire ;
  • 5 ans d’expérience min, en gestion de projet chez un éditeur de logiciel ou dans une ESN ;
  • Une expérience confirmée en tant qu’administrateur sur les solutions de la suite Atlassian
  • Une certification Atlassian (ACP-620, ACP-420…) ou en gestion de projet (ITIL v4, PSPO/Scrum Master) est un plus


Votre Savoir Faire

  • Maitrise approfondie ou Expertise de l’administration des outils Atlassian : Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Access, Bitbucket, Opsgenie…
  • Paramétrage et utilisation des apps (Xray, Jira Cloud Migration Assistant, Element Connect, Big Picture…)
  • Vous maitrisez Jira Query Language, Groovy Script, Shell Script, Script Runner, les automatisations Jira Cloud
  • Une maitrise des environnements Jira Serveur / Data center est un plus
  • Une première expérience de migration Jira Serveur vers le Cloud est un plus
  • Maitrise des processus et méthodes de gestion des projets IT et ITSM ;
  • Expertise dans la gestion et l’accompagnement client ;

  • Capacité à s’organiser pour gérer différents projets et clients simultanément ;
  • Capacité de communication et de rédaction ;
  • Anglais technique ;
  • Aisance relationnelle et sens du service client ;
  • Écoute et réactivité ;
  • Autonomie et travail en équipe
