Notre mission est de transformer les insights cachés de votre documentation de projet en informations exploitables. Nous nous concentrons sur le traitement du langage pour la gestion de grands projets, offrant deux principaux services :

  • Analyse de Projets Passés : Nous extrayons la chronologie et cartographions les risques des projets terminés, fournissant ainsi des insights critiques
  • Gestion de Projets en Cours et Futurs : Notre analyse continue des projets aide à cartographier les risques et structurer la chronologie, améliorant ainsi la gestion des risques tout au long du projet


Rôle


En tant que Chief of Staff, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la facilitation des enjeux stratégiques et la gestion quotidienne, agissant comme un véritable bras droit de la direction. Vous faciliterez la communication interne, gérerez des projets spéciaux et aiderez à la prise de décision stratégique à haut niveau.


Responsabilités


  • Préparation des supports de communication : Préparer des matériaux pour des réunions stratégiques internes (réunions de conseil, revues trimestrielles des affaires) et externes (pitchdecks, demandes de prêt, réponses à des appels d'offres publics).
  • Facilitation des activités stratégiques : Assister la direction dans la gestion quotidienne et la prise de décision. Agir comme point de liaison entre la direction et les autres départements.
  • Gestion de projets : Superviser et gérer des projets stratégiques de l'entreprise, de la planification à l'exécution, en assurant le suivi et l'ajustement des stratégies en fonction des résultats et des feedbacks.
  • Analyse et reporting : Préparer des analyses détaillées et des rapports pour la direction, permettant une prise de décision éclairée et rapide.
  • Communication : Améliorer les processus de communication interne pour assurer une transmission efficace des informations à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • Leadership : Inspirer les équipes transversales, en veillant à ce que les objectifs de l'entreprise soient atteints efficacement et dans les délais prévus.
  • Assurance qualité des réponses à appel d'offre : Préparer des templates et assurer la qualité des réponses aux appels d'offre, garantissant la cohérence et la compétitivité des propositions.


Compétences et Qualifications


  • Diplôme supérieur d’une école d’ingénieur ou de commerce
  • Expérience avérée dans le conseil, la banque d'affaires, le capital-risque ou un rôle similaire de Chief of Staff.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership, capable de naviguer dans des situations complexes et de prendre des décisions sous pression.
  • Fortes capacités analytiques et compétences avérées en matière de résolution de problèmes.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
