Warranty Manager

The Technical Support department is responsible for delivering Engineering, Reliability, Airworthiness, Predictive Maintenance, Technical Contract Support and Warranty & Guarantee to OEMServices’ customers. We have a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-million, multi-year contracts. As a member of the Technical Support department, you will be responsible for the evaluation, administration, performance, and management of the Warranty & Guarantee, including claims globally. The role involves direct engagement with OEMServices’ internal departments but also its Customers & Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with OEMServices’ Supply Chain department to handle and process warranty claims on customer components.
- Hold all suppliers responsible for contractual obligations and push back on quotes
- Monitor and actions daily warranty queues and manage each claim to completion
- Develop strong relationships with Supply Chain and Account Management departments to understand and execute contract entitlement claims.
- Openly and frequently communicate with OEMServices stakeholders including Supply Chain, Materials Management, Account Management, Technical Support and Strategic Partnership to identify part failures and reliability issues.
- Work closely with above departments to compile, analyze, and file for i) warranty claims related to transportation and labor and ii) performance guarantee claims related to missed Repair Turnaround Time (TAT), GDMC, Repair and Replace and GMTBUR.
- Develop and maintain relationship with Customers and Suppliers
- Ensure 100% of warranty and guarantee opportunities are fulfilled (annual budget of +10M USD)
- Develop performance metrics for the department
- Ensure the evolution of good practices in his/her area of expertise and their broadcast within the company
- Any other responsibility as assigned by Management

- Ensure actions in line with the improvement process.
- Write up & edit supporting documents and ensure their implementation.
- Be an actor of the environmental approach.
