Nous recherchons un Architecte Avionique et Ingénieur Systèmes qualifié qui jouera un rôle clé dans la construction et l'optimisation des architectures système globales, y compris les systèmes d'alimentation, de données et RF, pour nos vaisseaux spatiaux de nouvelle génération. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la conception et de l'intégration de solutions au niveau du système, en veillant à ce qu'elles répondent aux normes élevées de qualité et de fiabilité nécessaires pour les opérations spatiales.
Responsabilités:
- Système Architecture Développement: Construire et optimiser les architectures système globales pour les systèmes d'alimentation, de données et RF, en veillant à une intégration et un fonctionnement sans faille dans les environnements spatiaux.
- Propriété du Budget de Liaison: Gérer et optimiser les budgets de liaison, en veillant à des systèmes de communication efficaces et fiables.
- Conception au Niveau du Système: Effectuer des compromis et comprendre les moteurs de conception pour développer des conceptions de systèmes de vaisseaux spatiaux au niveau du système, y compris des concepts pour la tension du bus, la génération d'énergie, le stockage et la distribution, la protection contre les blocages et la redondance.
- Sélection des Composants: Sélectionner et intégrer des composants tels que des chauffages, des capteurs de température, des pilotes de moteur et des systèmes d'acquisition de données pour répondre aux exigences du système.
- Collaboration avec les Fournisseurs: Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fournisseurs de sous-systèmes tout au long de toutes les phases - recherche, évaluation, RFI/RFP, définition de SoW, négociation, suivi et examen - pour garantir des livrables de haute qualité.
- Méthodologie AIV Électronique: Construire et gérer la méthodologie d'Assemblage, d'Intégration et de Vérification (AIV) électronique avec le matériel associé, y compris les faisceaux, les cartes d'adaptation, les panneaux de vérification et la conception, la fabrication et les tests de l'Équipement de Support au Sol (GSE).
- Contrôle de la Qualité et de la Fiabilité: Sélectionner les nouvelles normes spatiales appropriées pour le contrôle de la qualité et de la fiabilité, y compris l'analyse de déclassement, la qualification et l'acceptation.
- Développement de Logiciels de Vol: Aider au développement de logiciels de vol au niveau de l'application, en assurant l'intégration avec les composants matériels.
- Vérification des Modules: Développer des plans de vérification au niveau du module (A, I, R, T) et effectuer la vérification des modules électroniques développés par des tiers et en interne.
- Conception Électronique: Aider à concevoir des électroniques pour les capteurs et ordinateurs IO's RdV, y compris la sélection de composants, la conception et la production de PCB, l'assemblage et les tests de bout en bout.
- Campagnes de Test de Radiation: Concevoir et exécuter des campagnes de test de radiation au besoin pour garantir la robustesse des systèmes électroniques.
- Développement de Stratégie FDIR: Aider à élaborer une stratégie de Détection, d'Isolation et de Récupération des Défauts (FDIR) en comprenant les modes de défaillance de tous les modules électroniques.
Exigences:
- Éducation: Diplôme de baccalauréat en Aérospatiale, Électronique ou Génie Électrique, ou une qualification supérieure équivalente.
- Expérience: 7+ années d'expérience pertinente en conception, fabrication et test de satellites.
- Ingénierie Systèmes: Solide expérience en ingénierie systèmes avec un accent sur l'avionique et les systèmes électriques.
- Expertise AIV: Expertise démontrée dans les processus d'Assemblage, d'Intégration et de Vérification (AIV).
- Connaissance GNC: Connaissance des systèmes de Guidage, Navigation et Contrôle (GNC).
- Expérience en Électronique Satellite: Expérience avec les systèmes électroniques de satellites, y compris les systèmes d'alimentation (par exemple, panneaux solaires, PCDU, batteries), les systèmes de communication (matériel RF, SDR, antennes), les flatsats et l'Équipement de Support au Sol (GSE).
- Compétences Techniques: Bonne compréhension des différentes normes de modulation, de chiffrement et de CCSDS, ainsi que des paquets PUS.
- Compétences Douces: Proactif, organisé et capable de travailler dans un environnement autonome, rapide et axé sur les résultats. Une excellente communication est essentielle.
