Electrical System Engineer

At Airbus, we are seeking an experienced Electrical System Engineer to join our team in Toulouse, France. As a key member of our customer care center, you will be responsible for supporting airlines on electrical generation and distribution systems.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers on electrical system-related queries
  • Identify and capitalize on technical concerns to ensure system reliability
  • Act as the voice of the customer within Airbus and among suppliers to ensure customer needs are met
  • Handle customer communications to resolve fleet issues
  • Represent Airbus in face-to-face customer meetings to address solutions
  • Manage AOG (Aircraft On Ground) on a daily basis and/or on standby duty
Your Qualifications
  • Aeronautical engineering degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft systems
  • Negotiation-level English skills (oral and written)
  • Good presentation skills (oral and written)
  • Strong relationships with team members and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of airlines operations to understand customer needs
  • Availability for staggered hours and business trips
What We Offer

Salary range: 50 to 60 K€/year (including a variable part based on performance)
