Vos challenges :
Les principales responsabilités du responsable du programme client sont :
Convertit le modèle économique en un modèle industriel et financier pour gérer la livraison des contrats FHS-C.
Assure le bon déroulement de l'EIS des services FHS-C.
Délivre la voix d'Airbus au(x) client(s).
Prend toutes les mesures appropriées pour protéger la performance opérationnelle et financière des contrats attribués.
Fournit des rapports de gestion sur les performances opérationnelles, financières et KPI.
Les principales activités du Customer Program Manager sont :
Le responsable du programme client sera le représentant d'Airbus responsable de l'exécution du ou des contrats FHS avec le ou les clients attribués.
Le responsable du programme client sera responsable, en interne et envers le client, de l'exécution globale du contrat FHS.
Le responsable du programme client coordonnera les questions de service avec les autres fonctions du plateau FHS : ventes, programmes, achats, finances, juridique, qualité, ingénierie.
Le responsable du programme client gérera la relation client en étroite coordination avec le directeur du support client AIRBUS.
Le responsable du programme client recevra des objectifs pour identifier/créer des opportunités commerciales supplémentaires avec son(ses) client(s) et assurera, en coordination avec d'autres fonctions (ventes, contrat, programmes), la mise en oeuvre de ces ventes supplémentaires au contrat FHS existant.
Le responsable du programme client sera l'interface principale de l'équipe du programme de service client pour le client assigné, pour la résolution des problèmes en service liés au contrat FHS, pour la mise en oeuvre du package d'amélioration et pour l'identification des principaux éléments nécessitant une assistance de la part du client AIRBUS. Connaissance technique :
5 à 10 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie aéronautique avec une connaissance approfondie de l'économie et de la stratégie du transport aérien
Au moins 3 ans dans un rôle de coordination avec des responsabilités face aux clients
Expérience dans la coordination de solutions aux problèmes techniques pertinents pour une compagnie aérienne
Capable d'expliquer l'impact financier/commercial des problèmes techniques à un public non averti
Compétences de base en économie d'entreprise et expérience préalable en négociation de contrats
Expertise en gestion des relations et exposition au travail sous pression
Compréhension de base du droit des contrats et de la finance d'entreprise
Excellent niveau d'anglais écrit et parlé
