Airbus is seeking a highly skilled Synthetic Flight Instructor to join our team at the Airbus Training Centre. As a Synthetic Flight Instructor, you will be responsible for instructing airline crews on all operational and technical aspects of Airbus aircraft using a variety of training devices, including fixed base simulators, classroom, Airbus pilots training devices, and full flight simulators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct airline crews using the above-mentioned training devices
- Deliver specific courses, such as ETOPS and performance, as required
- Participate in courses development or standardization instruction, as needed
Requirements:
- 3000 hours of total flight time as pilot with minimum 1500 flight hours on multi-pilot aircraft (MPA)
- EASA CPL License and a frozen EASA ATPL or a valid EASA ATPL license
- Type rating on Airbus aircraft
- Synthetic Flight Instructor Authorization or experience as Instructor
- Negotiation level of English
- Recognized for pedagogy, perseverance, flexibility, curiosity, and adaptability
- Available for business trips worldwide
