Nous recherchons un QA Team Leader pour travailler au sein du stream Digital, sous la responsabilité du Digital Stream Manager pour toutes les applications digitales.


Responsabilités :

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie qualité complète pour garantir que nos applications digitales répondent aux normes de qualité les plus élevées.
  • Superviser la planification, la conception et l'exécution des plans de test et des cas de test pour évaluer rigoureusement la qualité de nos applications.
  • Manager les tests de non-régression et l’automatisation des tests.
  • Identifier les risques liés à la qualité et développer des stratégies pour les atténuer, en adressant de manière proactive tout problème pouvant affecter la qualité du produit ou la satisfaction du client.
  • Faciliter la gestion des bugs durant tout le cycle de vie produits
  • Établir des processus pour identifier, suivre et gérer les défauts, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes pluridisciplinaires pour assurer une résolution rapide


Reporting

  • Maintenir, suivre et communiquer les KPI de qualité des applications
  • Définir et suivre les principales métriques qualité, fournissant des rapports réguliers


Management et coordination

  • Manager une équipe QA composée d’internes et partenaires externes
  • Coordination des activités de tests
  • Identifier les risques liés à la qualité et développer des stratégies pour les atténuer, en adressant de manière proactive tout problème pouvant affecter la qualité du produit ou la satisfaction du client


  • Compétences requises :
  • Expérience et connaissance du domaine QA (>5 ans) et au moins 2 ans en tant que QA manager
  • Bonne communication à l’écrit et l’oral en Français et Anglais et capacité d’organisation
  • Solides compétences rédactionnelles et capacité à maintenir une documentation précise
  • Expérience significative dans l’e-commerce et large culture IT
  • Capacité à s'adapter rapidement aux nouvelles technologies et nouvelles fonctionnalités
