Your Role:

Based in Oraison, France, you'll take the helm of finance, IT, and administration for our European legal entities, driving strategic financial planning and analysis to support our mission.


Core Responsibilities:


Operational Finance (FP&A):

  • Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function for the European region, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, revenue projections, and cost analysis.
  • Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.


Strategic Finance and Governance:

  • Drive strategic initiatives and support decision-making through financial analysis, risk assessment, and scenario planning.
  • Participate in M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration planning, to support growth and expansion efforts in the region.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies, implementing best practices for governance and risk management.
  • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on financial matters, offering insights and recommendations to support strategic objectives.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficiency in FP&A software and advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and exceptional analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record of building effective working relationships across departments and leading teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in French and English


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related field; MBA or Master's in Finance preferred.
  • CPA or CFA certification highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in finance and accounting, with solid international exposure.
