Dans un contexte de transformation, nous créons une équipe de Customer Success Manager.
Nous recherchons un(e) Customer Success Manager au sein du Service Fidélisation pour un poste en contrat à durée indéterminée.
Missions
Rattaché(e) à la Direction Customer Success, pôle Fidélisation, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Comprendre les besoins du client, analyser son abonnement et son usage, identifier des leviers de fidélisation afin d’entretenir des relations durables avec nos clients.
- Contribuer à l’optimisation du parcours client en collaborant avec les équipes internes (formation à nos solutions, équipe technique, équipe commerciale…) pour résoudre les problèmes des clients de manière efficace et proactive.
- Assurer la réussite des clients en les accompagnant dans l'utilisation optimale de nos produits/services, partager avec les clients les nouveautés produits & tendances de marché, formuler des recommandations.
- Assurer la croissance du portefeuille des clients Lefebvre Dalloz en apportant des leads qualifiés aux commerciaux, correspondants aux usages et besoins du client & en sécurisant le renouvellement des contrats.
- Remonter directement auprès des directions marketing les évolutions du marché/ les attentes clients pour faire évoluer les offres.
Profil
- Expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaire en tant que Customer Success Manager
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication.
- Compréhension de l’écosystème juridique serait un plus.
- Capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière stratégique.
- Orientation client prononcée avec une approche axée sur la satisfaction.
- Connaissance des outils CRM et Microsoft Office.
- Bac +4/5 : Ecole de commerce / Université (gestion)
