Unlimitail is a joint venture between Carrefour and Publicis groups, with the aim of becoming the leader of the retail media market in Europe and LATAM. By combining the power of Carrefour Links' in-store and e-commerce assets and traffic with Publicis CitrusAd by Epsilon onsite and offsite retail media technologies, Unlimitail aims to become the leading retail media player in Continental Europe and South America for in-store and digital channels.


Role Overview:

As a Group Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for the company's cash management activities, including forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring cash flow. You will ensure the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its financial obligations. You will also play a role in revenue collection. This ensures that the company receives payments from its customers. As Unlimitail's Group Treasury Manager, you will report to the Unlimitail Group Finance Controller.


Main Activities:


Cash Flow Management:

  • Forecast and monitor cash flows in LATAM and Europe to ensure optimal liquidity for day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models, taking into account factors such as sales, expenses, and payment cycles.
  • Identify and implement strategies to optimize cash utilization and minimize idle cash balances


Treasury Operations:

  • Management of bank accounts & relationship with banks & Carrefour Group Treasury team.
  • TWC / Cash reporting + Forecast
  • Foreign exchange management & hedging.
  • Ensure compliance with local banking regulations and internal policies.


Working Capital Management:

  • Optimize working capital by managing receivables and payables.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement effective cash conversion cycles and optimize working capital ratios.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance working capital efficiency.


Tools:

  • Implement Kyriba in different entities and connect it with Netsuite
  • Optimize process


Skills Required:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant finance experience, started for the first part within an audit firm (KPMG, Deloitte, EY, PwC or equivalent) up to senior level and ideally followed by one experience in a corporate treasury
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Project management/coordination skills with external partners (accounting firms, auditors, tax authorities, banks, etc …)
  • Lateral thinker with an ability to thrive in a fast-moving, agile and matrix environment.
  • A focus on ‘customer service’ – both internally & externally, via a positive, collaborative mindset
  • The ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives/projects in a deadline-driven environment
