We are looking for a Junior Business Manager who got what it takes to be a part of us, a part of Prime Group
Your main responsibilities and challenges will be Business Development, Hiring and Management.
As a Junior Business Manager working in one of our big French company within Prime Group, you will analyze the national and international Engineering markets, identifying potential clients and projects and defining the business development strategy to guarantee the growth of the company.
You will hire, manage and support the consultants by using the career management methods of the company such as performance evaluation and training.
Job description:
As a true entrepreneur, you will be involved in developing the business and growing the company. You are one of the pillars of the company.
Your role is to initiate and develop business with industrial companies. You will report to a senior manager who will support you throughout your career.

Here are your various responsibilities:
- Business Development: You will create your own portfolio of partners, respond to calls for tender and carry out all the commercial negotiations relating to your customers.
- Recruitment: You will have to identify and recruit your team of consultant engineers (from sourcing CVs to integrating them into your teams, including the various interviews and monitoring the process).
- Team management: You will regularly monitor your team (project progress meetings, annual interviews, etc.).
- Administration & Management: Finally, like any "auto-entrepreneur", you will obviously have to manage the administrative side of things for each of your employees.
Do you meet our Prime Group Business Managers requirements?
- Recently Graduated, ideally in Engineering or Business School;
- A driving license is required;
- French Fluent (C2) mandatory and English is a plus;
- Dynamic, agile and organizational skills;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and leadership in fast-paced environment.
