The Project Manager Services fulfills the pivotal role of overseeing non-standard Services projects, encompassing Packaging, Line Conversion, Molds, and Line Improvement. Acting as the local technical Project Manager, this role involves translating customer requirements into actionable projects, from initial request to final validation. Key responsibilities include assessing technical feasibility and risks, ensuring adequate project support, and serving as an integrator for additional scope elements, such as upgrades to the packaging line.

To guarantee project success and enhance customer satisfaction, the Project Manager Services proposes supplementary Services Products when necessary. Ensuring the viability of deals, they meticulously manage Quality, Cost, and Delivery aspects from pre-contracting through to customer acceptance. In times of crisis, the Project Manager strategizes and collaborates with all stakeholders to devise effective solutions.

This role extends support to the Services team in sales, proposals, and presentations, leveraging accurate project information for comprehensive reporting. Additionally, the Project Manager Services oversees the coordination of on-site technicians, maintaining a keen focus on Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (HSE&S) protocols throughout project execution.

In essence, the Project Manager Services is instrumental in orchestrating the successful execution of diverse Services projects, blending technical expertise with strategic planning and meticulous coordination to achieve project objectives while prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety.

Votre mission

The Project Manager Services acts as the local technical Project Manager to manage and execute non standard Services project activities, including Packaging, Line Conversion, Molds and Line Improvement.
- Translate customer needs, develop, present, and
execute Services projects (from request for quotation to customer validation)
- Evaluate technical feasibility and technical risks of project
so as to determine proper level of support
- Is an integrator on the Services project incl.
the additional scope of upgrades on the REST of the packaging line
- Propose additional Services Products when required to secure
project success as well as maximizing
customer satisfaction
- Ensure
the technical feasibility of deals
- Responsible for the Quality -Cost (Budget) -
Delivery (Timeline) of the projects from Pre contracting to Customer acceptance
- Manage project crisis and plan for a course of action in
conjunction with all project actors
- Support
Services team in sales, proposals, and presentations as needed
- Provide
accurate, up-to-date project information to ensure reporting is properly
completed
- Manage
coordination of on-site technicians
- Manage Health Safety Environment & Security (HSE&S)
coordination plan

Votre profil
- 5+ years experience in project management with
strong technical expertise
- Experienced in Packaging, Sidel equipements and Services
Portfolio
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering document
such as operating and maintenance instructions, assembly drawings
- Knowledge of MS Office, Project, CRM and SAP a plus
- English
