L'environnement de travail est le III-V lab, un laboratoire commun de recherche en microélectronique et optoélectronique commun entre Nokia, Thales et le CEA Leti valorisant l'initiative et la polyvalence. Vous travaillerez dans l'équipe Intégration Photonique Avancée (IPA, environ 15 personnes) qui développe des composants en InP et silicium pour les télécommunications optiques fonctionnant avec des bandes passantes très élevées pouvant atteindre 100 GHz: émetteur intégré comprenant des lasers et modulateurs optiques, détecteurs à base de photodiodes, amplificateurs optiques. Nos travaux se focalisent aussi bien sur l'optimisation des briques de base (laser, modulateur, photodiode, amplificateur optique) que sur leur intégration dans des circuits intégrés photoniques (PIC) complexes, par exemple des lasers-modulateurs intégrés, ou des émetteurs-récepteurs cohérents.

Votre Mission

Votre activité principale sera la mesure optique et électrique des composants de pointe réalisés au sein du laboratoire. Vous serez amené à effectuer une grande variété de mesures sur les différents composants conçus dans l'équipe (laser, modulateur, photodiode, amplificateur optique, circuit passif, circuit intégré photonique).

Le ou la candidate aura à réaliser
  • La mesure électrique des composants (I(V), paramètre S)
  • La mesure électrooptique des composants (transmission optique, P(I), bande passante electro-optique,)
  • Traiter les données de mesure et les présenter à l'équipe (tableur excel, traçage de courbe)

Selon son profil s'ajoutera:
  • L'analyse des mesures
  • Le suivi et l'optimisation des bancs de mesures
  • La qualité (suivi métrologique des instruments de mesure)

Responsibilities

Vous serez responsable de la réalisation des mesures sous la supervisions des chercheurs de l'équipe/You will be responsible of the characterization of optical component under the supervision of the researcher of the team

Qualifications

Vous possédez:
  • Un BTS, un DUT ou une licence professionnelle dans le domaine de l'optique ou de l'électronique
  • Une expérience dans la mesure de composants optoélectronique est souhaitée
  • Une grande rigueur de travail
  • De l'intérêt pour du travail expérimental
  • Le goût du travail en équipe
  • La connaissance de l'anglais est un plus (particulièrement l'écrit)
