Nous recherchons un apprenti très motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe Key Account Management (KAM). L'apprenti travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe KAM et utilisera des outils permettant de s’assurer que la facturation est effectuée conformément aux ententes contractuelles. L'apprenti devra donc développer et utiliser des outils avec un impact direct sur le compte stratégqiue.
**Vous aurez l'occasion de**
- Développer un script pour digitaliser au maximum les audits de facturation
- Comprendre le flux de revenus global d'un grand compte sur les revenus de licences et de logiciels
- Interfacer avec les clients pour présenter les résultats avec l'équipe commerciale
- Proposer des solutions pour améliorer les méthodes de travail et renforcer la digitalisation
- Comprendre les principaux éléments et l'architecture d'un réseau mobile
**Compétences fondamentales**
Compétences : Capacité en programmation, MS-office (maîtrise d'Excel, idéalement PowerPoint), Bonnes compétences en communication, initiative, esprit d'équipe, motivé à apprendre, organisé, analytique, passionné par la génération de résultats, anglais
Vous préparez une 4ème ou une 5ème année de master, idéalement des écoles d'ingénieurs option informatique ou télécom

**About this opportunity**
Position: Sales support apprentice
Department: Orange Key Account Management (KAM)
Location: France
Duration: 1-2 years (depending on apprenticeship design by the school/university)
We are seeking a highly motivated apprentice to join our Key Account Management (KAM) team. The apprentice will work closely with the KAM team to support the sales team with tools which allows to follow the contract revenues and ensure invoicing is done according to contractual agreements. The apprentice will therefore develop and use tools with direct visibility on the impact it has for the account and how it feeds the strategy defined.
**You’ll get the opportunity to**
- Develop script to digitalize as much as possible the invoicing audits
- Understand the global revenue stream of a major account on the licences and software revenues
- Interface with customers to present the results together with the sales team
- Propose solution to improve the ways of working and enhance digitalization
- Understand the main elements and architecture of a mobile network
**Key skills**
Skills: Ability in programming, MS-office (proficient in Excel, ideally PowerPoint), Good communication skills, initiative, team spirit, motivated to learn, organized, analytic, passionate about generating results, English
You prepare 4th or 5th year of a master’s degree, ideally engineering schools with an option in IT or telecom
