(Senior) Product Marketing Engineer (f/m/d) to drive the growth of our next-generation automotive SOC roadmap
The person in this position will have a key role in defining the roadmap and use cases for our fast-growing family of R-Car SOC with focus on one or several of the following areas:
- Software-defined vehicle (SDV) eco system (software & tools)
- In-vehicle infotainment
- ADAS / AD
- Connected gateway / vehicle control
Job Description:
- (Senior) Product Marketing Engineer in our High-Performance Compute / SOC Business Division
- Support our R-Car Open Access (RoX) SDV platform and next-generation R-Car SOC products
- Engage with automotive OEMs, tier1s, and ecosystem partners
- Define strategies for product positioning and go-to-market in specific target segments
- Analyze market requirements and use cases for listed focus areas
- Define full product solutions, and drive proof-of-concept and benchmarking activities
- Contribute to product requirements and specification for SOC, software, and tools
- Support customer promotion and RFI/RFQ
- Perform internal trainings and customer workshops
- Support market introduction by preparing product collatorals, blogs, white papers etc.
- Contribute to market intelligence and competition analysis
Qualifications:
- Min. 5 years of hands-on system experience in one or several of the listed focus areas
- Deep understanding of automotive eco system and market trends
- Knowledge of automotive SOCs (Renesas or other)
- Ideally strong network of automotive OEM, Tier1, and ecosystem partners
- Ideally knowledge in safety, security, AI, graphics, multimedia
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Ability to work in complex settings with high degree of multitasking
- Willingness to work in global, multicultural environments
- Fluent in English
- Graduate in Electronic or Computer Engineering
