Missions :

  • Recueillir l'expression de besoin des utilisateurs et élaboration des expressions de besoin,
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles,
  • Rédiger les plans de tests,
  • Mettre en oeuvre les déploiements (conduite du changement, mise en production),
  • Suivre les incidents, gérer les réalisations correctives et évolutives avec les équipes de développement,
  • Collaborer avec une équipe de formateurs et chargés de support opérationnel pour le maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO) du système d'information,
  • Analyser et modéliser des process métiers.

Formation de niveau Bac +5 minimum et justifiez d'au moins 4 ans d'expérience à un poste similaire en gestion de projet.
Vous avez déjà travaillé sur un ERP tel que Dynamics 365, AX ou tout autres ERP (SAP…).

Connaissances requises dans les domaines suivants :

  • Gestion de projet (Azurdevops…),
  • Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, TeamViewer…),
  • Dynamics 365 (finances et opérations, CRM Field Service),
  • ERP.
