Descriptif du poste
Nous recrutons un(e) chef(fe) Product Owner au sein du service IT de l’agence.
En tant que Product Owner, vous serez LE/LA chef(fe) de projet agile de notre Produit phare : notre plateforme client. A ce titre, vous ferez le lien entre le Product Manager et les pôles techniques (IT, Paramétrage &Tests).
Vos missions seront plus particulièrement de:
DEFINIR DES EVOLUTIONS
- Effectuer des études de faisabilité, analyser le risque et chiffrer les ETP - en collaboration avec l’IT ;
- Vérifier la disponibilité des ressources ;
- Mettre à jour du Product Backlog si nécessaire ;
DEFINIR LA ROADMAP PRODUIT & ARBITRAGE
- Créer et suivre un planning des fonctionnalités en stand-by, à venir et en cours de mise en place ;
- Arbitrer les fonctionnalités à développer et suivre les encours (reviews mensuelles avec la Direction Générale) ;
- Suivre des projets et levées d’alertes planning ou coûts via le Product Backlog.
SUIVRE LES REALISATIONS ACTEES
- Faire le lien entre le Product Manager et l’IT
- Réaliser les User stories et fichiers de recette nécessaires ;
- S’assurer de la disponibilité des ressources ;
- Suivre la réalisation technique de ses projets via l’outil mis à sa disposition (JIRA) ;
- Garantir le coût et de la qualité de la réalisation actée ;
- Lever les alertes le cas échéant ;
- Participer aux reviews IT (quotidiennes ou hebdomadaires selon les projets)
- Participer au recettage ou coordonner le recettage de l’évolution (en mode agile ou waterfall selon les projets) et s’assurer de la mise à jour du fichier de recette ;

Profil recherché
- Vous êtes issu.e d’une Formation Bac + 3/5 avec une spécialisation en gestion de projet informatique.
- Vous avez impérativement une expérience d’au moins 3 ans sur un poste similaire.
- Vous êtes rigoureux(euse), autonome et force de propositions.
- Vous disposez de compétences d’analyse, d’une bonne capacité à travailler en équipe, et d’un très bon sens relationnel et du service clients.
