Contexte de la mission :
Le Vallourec Services Center, basé à Famars (Nord), est le site tertiaire du Groupe Vallourec, ayant la particularité de représenter l'ensemble des divisions avec des activités variées dans différents domaines. On y retrouve par exemple, le Centre de Services Partagés Europe (CSP Europe), Vallourec Digital & Information System (VDIS/IT), mais également le service Ressources Humaines (Paie & Formation). C’est cette diversité de services support qui compose le VSC, une entité qui gagne à être connue et reconnue.
Au sein du département VDIS (Vallourec Digital & Information System), vous rejoignez une équipe à dimension internationale composée d’une dizaine de chef projets IT. Sous la responsabilité d’un chef de projet senior, vous aurez en charge le pilotage et l’organisation de projets IT dans différents domaines pouvant être transverses (domaine Infrastructure, application, digital, sécurité…).
Vous participerez à toutes les phases du projet : mise en place du cahier des charges, phase d’arbitrage et de validation du projet, l’exécution (accompagnement au changement), la clôture du projet.
Activités principales :
• Adopter, appliquer la méthodologie projet Waterfall/Agile/hybride définie par notre bureau PMO.
• Définition du cahier des charges, du planning, identification des ressources internes et externes impliquées dans le projet. • Collaborer et coordonner les différents services (IT/métiers) identifiés dans le projet.
• Organiser et animer les différents comités de pilotage projet.
• Assurer le suivi des indicateurs projets QCT (quality/cost/time), gestion des « risks & issues.
• Assurer un suivi projet et reporting régulier (rédaction des comptes rendus des comités, mise à jour du reporting projets dans JIRA)
• Accompagner le changement, mise en production et clôture du projet (Lesson learned).
Compétences et formations requises :
• Anglais : Pleine capacité professionnelle requise.
• Étudiant de niveau Bac+4/5, vous préparez un diplôme (universitaire, d’école de commerce ou d’école d’ingénieur), avec une spécialisation en IT, gestion de projets.
• Vous avez un socle de connaissance sur la gestion de projets (méthodologie Agile/Waterfall, PMI, prince2…) et en IT (ITIL)
• Vous êtes autonome et organisé.
• Vous avez une capacité à mobiliser, fédérer des ressources autour d’un même objectif.
• Vous êtes intéressés par les nouvelles technologies.
