Votre rôle en tant que manager de transition Compliance Anticorruption H/F sera de piloter le déploiement du programme de conformité anticorruption de notre client.
A propos de notre client
Notre client, entreprise spécialisée dans le secteur immobilier, recherche un manager de transition conformité anticorruption pour un poste en freelance .
Projet
Cartographie des risques de corruption et de trafic d’influence en collaboration avec les responsables opérationnels
Implémentation des contrôles du programme anticorruption : contrôles comptables de second niveau, plan de contrôle de supervision
Analyse et suivi des dossiers confiés dans le cadre du processus conformité des tiers, en lien avec les correspondants conformité et les opérationnels,
De façon ad hoc, pilotage des missions d’investigation, recherche de fraude ou corruption
Profil du Freelance
Vous êtes issu de formation Bac+5 juridique et/ou finance/école de commerce
Vous disposez d’une expérience de 8 ans minimum dans le domaine de la conformité (avec une expérience préalable possible en audit)
Vous faites preuve d’intégrité et d’excellentes capacités de communication dans des contextes sensibles.
