Profil recherché
Titulaire d’un diplôme d’études supérieures, vous êtes familier avec la gestion de Production et les outils Lean. Vous justifiez d’une expérience dans le management d’équipe. Vous faites preuve de leadership et de qualités d’écoute et de communication.
Vous serez immergé(e) dans une équipe où confiance, respect et solidarité sont à l’honneur. Nous vous garantissons autonomie et polyvalence dans les responsabilités qui vous seront confiées.
Vos missions
- Animer le management opérationnel d’une équipe d’opérateurs de 10-15 personnes au travers des revues de performance quotidiennes;
- Veiller à la sécurité des personnes et des biens;
- Animer la démarche d’amélioration continue;
- Participer à la définition du plan de Production et être garant de son exécution avec le support de votre manager;
- Être garant de la qualité des produits fabriqués;
- Développer les compétences de vos collaborateurs et veiller au maintien d’un bon climat social.
