RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will join our dedicated ML team and play a crucial role in defining and implementing new machine learning features. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Identify Opportunities: Detect areas where machine learning can add significant value for our clients.
• Develop and Deploy Algorithms: Create innovative algorithms, deploy them in production, and adapt them based on client feedback.
• Solve Complex Problems: Tackle and solve challenges related to scalability and optimization of algorithms.
• Maintain and Improve ML Infrastructure: Manage and evolve the production ML infrastructure to meet new requirements.
• Create New Data Infrastructure: Establish robust data infrastructures to facilitate exploration and analysis.
• Establish Large-Scale Analysis Processes: Develop processes for data analysis, model development, validation, and implementation.
• Collaborate and Iterate: Work closely with teammates to measure algorithm performance and continuously improve.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to integrate and refine ML products.
YOUR PROFILE
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Academic Background: A Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a production environment with significant contributions to the design and architecture of distributed systems.
• ML Skills: Ability to deploy machine learning features in production.
• Technical Knowledge: Excellent command of Python and PyTorch.
• Expertise in Generative AI: Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI (GenAI), as well as at least one cloud provider (preferably AWS).
• Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
• Programming Skills: Excellent programming skills.
• English Proficiency: A high level of proficiency in English is required.
