Mission:
Join our dynamic Services team as a leader, managing a global team, driving service line strategy, synergy, and innovation across regions. Collaborate with the SVP Services to align market strategies, support business development, and cultivate a positive, collaborative culture. Ensure performance excellence, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement while efficiently managing resources and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
ACTIVITIES
Working closely with the SVP Services and managing a global team, your key responsibilities are:
- Lead and manage global Service Line Management (SLM) team, ensuring effective synergy and communication.
- Collaborate with SVP Services to define and execute service strategies aligned with company long term objectives.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for business growth and market penetration.
- Work cross-functionally with other internal teams and Business Units to achieve customer success goals
- Support SLM in business development and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- Ensure successful execution of Quality Assurance Processes (QAP) and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and customer satisfaction.
JOB EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience within the payment or eID industry, ideally from the acquiring and issuing side
- Experience in working with Service Line main standards requirements and certification bodies
- Proven leadership experience, ideally of global teams
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- Knowledge of ISO 17025 standards
- Fluency in English
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively across different regions and time zones
