We are seeking a DevOps Engineer specializing in Cloud Infrastructure to join the team in Grenoble. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the hybrid-cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP, Openstack) and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security of telecom services.
Responsibilities
● Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
● Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and ensure efficient delivery of software updates.
● Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security of cloud-based applications and services.
● Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to streamline workflows and improve overall system efficiency.
● Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
● Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and service disruption.
● Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively address potential issues.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cloud computing, DevOps, and telecom technologies
Key Skills
● Experience working in telecom sector
● Knowledge & experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or equivalent)
● Knowledge & experience with Containers systems (Docker / K8 or equivalent)
● Knowledge of Linux (RHEL:CentOS/Rocky or Ubuntu) Operating Systems administration (permissions, security, certificates, package management…) with scripting skills (Python, Linux shell) ● Monitoring & observability experiences (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
● Experience with Python, YAML and JSON programming language 1 Cloud Automation Specialist ● Development/scripting: Python, bash
● Public Cloud: AWS and/or GCP and/or Azure
● Private Cloud: Openstack and/or VMWare and/or Proxmox
● English and French proficiency
