Missions :
- Renforcer avec l'équipe CRM notre stratégie d'engagement (CRM, in-app marketing, animation, etc) avec pour objectif de maximiser notre conversion et apporter de la valeur à nos utilisateurs
- Piloter avec la CRM Associate notre calendrier marketing et d'animation in-app (campagnes marketing, merchandising, offres spéciales, opérations promotionnelles, partenariats, etc) pour optimiser le parcours d'achat et l'expérience in-app de nos utilisateurs
- Gérer les campagnes CRM : envoi de communications client de bout en bout = création de ciblages, développement de contenus (rédaction, briefs créatifs), programmation et suivi des performances
- Développer, itérer et A/B tester sur nos communications automatisées pour identifier les bons messages
- Collaborer avec notre équipe Brand pour développer et optimiser le contenu créatif de nos communications
- Mesurer et suivre l'impact de nos actions CRM
- Benchmarker sur les nouveautés en CRM
