Position Title: Regional Sales Manager – Southern Europe (South East France) (Semiconductor/ Electrononics) - (Lyon, Grenoble, Valence Region)


Main Purpose of Position: This critical role is part of our clients' Sales Organization based in France. Reporting to the Director of Sales for Southern Europe, the position collaborates closely with the Internal Sales and Technical Sales teams. The goal is to drive the overall Company Business Strategy, execute Sales Business Plans, maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier to key customers in South, Central, and North France.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage customer activities within the defined region, working alongside the Internal Sales Representative and Technical Manager to boost sales of products and services.
  • Identify major opportunities, gather information, and develop strategies to expand the account base in the region.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including creating and delivering sales presentations and proposals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue, utilizing CRM on a daily basis.
  • Provides effective communication and service to clients and feedback internally.
