SFA (Sales Force Automation) Manager

Red Global is actively looking for a Sales Force Automation Manager for covering all digital processes for supporting the field sales force in their mission.
The position is about review and build of new standards, processes and capabilities with a strong focus on change management, and involves supporting the teams that will develop and deploy solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understand the business challenges and user pain points to be solved, understand the strategic directions and goals.
- Design the new end to end processes. The transformation is about business processes and should go beyond the functional limits between the different technical platforms to ensure value to the business and customers.
- Functional management of process experts (1 to 3) to deliver the Sales Force Automation capabilities.
- Ensure Business Continuity during the transition. Transition between current platforms and processes and new ones will be a key part of the success of the project and the business of the markets being deployed must not suffer regressions and Impacts.
- Keep core systems clean by sticking to main standards.
- Stronger our client's business model by protecting what is strategic differentiation.
Requirements :
- + 10 years’ experience in managing customer relationships (Sales and CRM)
- Has knowledge on Sales Force Automation and CRM technical ecosystems
- Has experience of transformation programs
- Has strong cross functional business knowledge
