Project Assistant Paris 2024

JLE recruits a PROJECT ASSISTANT to support a senior international team in putting together a VIP Hospitality Program for one of the Top Sponsors for the Paris Olympics 2024. JLE France is a staffing agency specialised in international major sports events providing premium operation staff around the world since 2015.


Responsibilities:

  • Support of Account Director and Program Manager on site in Paris in supplier coordination, venues communication, operational preparation, site inspections preparation.
  • Assistance in office management and onsite office preparation and daily management.
  • Assistance in onsite staff trainings preparation and execution.
  • Support in site inspections preparation and delivery.
  • ⁠Assisting AD and PM for all onsite researches, meetings, inspection in Paris as per the guidance of AD and PM.
  • Office management (daily supplies, IT, cleaning etc.).
  • Substitution for any other roles in emergency situation (line managers, hosts, etc.).


Profile:

  • Ability to handle pressure and short deadlines
  • Must be comfortable with last min changes
  • Event agency experience (min +2yrs with international events)
  • Great communication skills
  • Organised
  • Autonomous
  • Ability to handle complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • FLUENT in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Sport afficionado (a bonus)


Dates:

  • From 15th June to 15th August, 5 days/week until approx. 11th July, then 6 days/week


Location:

  • Central Paris, at the client's office (no accomodation will be provided)
