Poste : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance and Quality Manager to join our global team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the excellence of our Quality Management System (QMS) and driving our organization towards a new era of electronic QMS (e-QMS). The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of our Safety and Environmental (RSE) initiatives and will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our quality certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Management and Certifications:
- Maintain and manage our EN9100 and ISO 9001 certifications.
- Lead the efforts to obtain ISO 14001 certification.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulatory requirements.
- Process Application and Operational Performance:
- Oversee the application of processes to ensure operational performance.
- Manage and monitor production and customer KPIs.
- Implement best practices to optimize process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Improvement Roadmap:
- Develop and drive the Sonovision improvement roadmap.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to implement changes.
- Team Management:
- Hierarchically manage the Performance and Quality team in France and the Environnemental & Safety coordinators (7 persons)
- Functionally lead and coordinate the international Performance and Quality team.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Safety and Environmental Coordination:
- Coordinate the company's Safety and Environmental (RSE) programs.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
- Promote sustainable practices and initiatives within the organization.
Nous recherchons un Responsable Performance et Qualité hautement qualifié et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe mondiale. Ce rôle est crucial pour assurer l'excellence de notre Système de Gestion de la Qualité (SGQ) et pour conduire notre organisation vers une nouvelle ère de SGQ électronique (e-SGQ). Le candidat retenu supervisera la coordination de nos initiatives Sécurité et Environnement (RSE) et sera responsable du maintien et de l'amélioration de nos certifications qualité.
Responsabilités principales :
Gestion de la Qualité et des Certifications :
Maintenir et gérer nos certifications EN9100 et ISO 9001.
Diriger les efforts pour obtenir la certification ISO 14001.
Assurer la conformité à toutes les normes et exigences réglementaires pertinentes.
Application des Processus et Performance Opérationnelle :
Superviser l'application des processus pour garantir la performance opérationnelle.
Gérer et surveiller les KPI de production et de satisfaction client.
Mettre en uvre les meilleures pratiques pour optimiser l'efficacité et l'efficience des processus.
Feuille de Route d'Amélioration :
Développer et piloter la feuille de route d'amélioration de Sonovision.
Favoriser une culture d'amélioration continue au sein de l'organisation.
Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et diriger les initiatives pour mettre en place des changements.
Gestion d'Équipe :
Gérer hiérarchiquement l'équipe Performance et Qualité en France et les coordinateurs Environnement & Sécurité (7 personnes).
Diriger et coordonner fonctionnellement l'équipe internationale Performance et Qualité.
Fournir orientation, formation et soutien aux membres de l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs organisationnels.
Coordination Sécurité et Environnement :
Coordonner les programmes Sécurité et Environnement (RSE) de l'entreprise.
Assurer la conformité aux réglementations environnementales et aux normes de sécurité.
Promouvoir des pratiques et initiatives durables au sein de l'organisation.
Profil : Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality management and process improvement (10 to 15 years of experience)
- Fluent in English - all communications are made in English
- In-depth knowledge of EN9100, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a global and cross-functional environment.
- Experience in implementing and managing e-QMS systems is a plus.
