You will be based in Le May-sur-Evre.What you will doAs Project Manager, your main mission will be to carry out the projects, according to the contractual limits (extent of supply, quality, costs, time schedule) and in compliance with internal procedures, optimization, and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
• Be the main contact of the Market Operations and Project Center to understand the customer need and prepare the commercial offer
• Study and analyze the project
• Collect all information related to the project, internally as well as externally
• Optimize technical solutions
• Coordinate internal team for project implementation
• Be part of the continuous improvement of our standard solutions Communication:
• Explain the outlines and details to the project team members of Tetra Pak PP&T during the internal kick-off meeting
• Communicate with the customer and with all internal departments on the progress of the project
• Report monthly to the project board with the status of the projects (technical, financial, and etc)Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the project:
• Manage the budget including the plan costs
• Validate with the customer all the steps of the project and manage Variation Orders
• Check the accordance with the technical specs of the project
• Drive the engineering up to handover to the production
• Manage Request For Quotations and specifications for suppliersCoordinate internal activities:
• Coordinate the different actions: layout drawings, bill of materials, mechanical/electrical engineering, automation, IT, purchasing, manufacturing, pre-assembly, shipments
• Drive project reviews
• Update the administrative files of the project
• Organize and coordinate on-site operationsWe believe you have• Engineering degree - Master's preferably
• At least 3 years of work experience in project management
• Business fluency in French and English both written and spoken, a third language is a plus
• Solid knowledge of designing tools (AutoCAD knowledge)
• Experience in the Food Industry preferably
• Experience with SAP and MS Project or other project management tools is a plus
• Moreover, you are well-organized with a high level of personal drive.
• You are a quick learner, a self­ motivated, detail-oriented, accurate person having a strong sense of urgency.
• You have strong organizing and problem-solving skills.
