Vos missions en tant que Brand Manager en alternance :
- Créer et poster des publications sur nos différents réseaux sociaux (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin).
- Graphisme web et numérique : création de l'ensemble des supports graphiques diffusés sur les réseaux sociaux (Outils CANVA, etc.).
- Gestion de communauté : animation quotidienne de nos réseaux sociaux pour fédérer nos communautés.
- Rédaction : rédiger et mettre en ligne les contenus sur les sites web via différents CMS.
- Appui à différents projets digitaux et communication print : création de supports print (ex : affiches, imprimés.).
- Analyse et veille sur les évolutions technologiques et digitales.

Poste basé à Laval (Pays de la Loire). Travail en hybride.

Rythme d’alternance et présence
En entreprise :
- Du lundi au vendredi
- Périodes de travail de 8 heures
- Repos le week-end
- Travail en journée
En entreprise : 4 jours par semaine (jours au choix) avec présence réduite à 3 jours 1 à 2 fois par mois
En formation : 1 jour par semaine + 1 jour supplémentaire 1 à 2 fois par mois
Profil recherché :
- Formation BAC+3 ou BAC+5 en communication, marketing ou journalisme.
- Maîtrise des outils de création de contenu.
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et créatives.
- Sens du relationnel, de l'écoute et du dialogue.
- Réactivité, autonomie et force de proposition.
