MISSIONS ET RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES
- Contribuer à la stratégie, la planification, la livraison et la gestion du site ;
- Être en soutien de l’Event Général Manager sur les missions au sein et en dehors du site de compétition (intégration de l’ensemble des activités des Jeux, représentation de Paris 2024, suivi de contrat…) ;
- Participer à la préparation des différents forums/réunions liés à la livraison des évènements sportifs (groupes de travail internes, ateliers CIO/IPC, etc.), puis préparer les documents, présentations, notes et/ou rapports en marge de ces réunions internes et externes ;
- Participer à la bonne gestion générale du site et de l’événement pendant les Jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques, selon des process Paris 2024 clairement définis ;
- Assurer une communication fluide aux différents acteurs internes et externes ;
- Réaliser les missions avec la plus grande exigence de qualité et dans le respect des délais impartis, des procédures, du budget et de la politique RH de Paris 2024 ;
- En accord avec l’Event Général Manager et selon les besoins, soutenir l’équipe dans tout autre projet jugé prioritaire.
- Formation supérieure avec 5 à 7 ans minimum d’expérience dans l’événementiel culturel ou sportif dans un site d’envergure nationale ou internationale ;
- Forte appétence « terrain » et bonne compréhension des enjeux logistiques, sécurité, flux de public, services (…) dans le cadre d’un événement de grande ampleur
- Réelle capacité à gérer et planifier des projets et à se projeter sur les opérations inhérentes à l’organisation d’un événement sportif d’envergure internationale
- Capacité à travailler en équipe, sur un projet impliquant de nombreuses parties prenantes, en toute diplomatie, confidentialité et intégrité
- Capacité à s’adapter
- Capacité à être autonome et à faire preuve de créativité
- Capacité à organiser et planifier des taches multiples et complexes, ainsi qu’à gérer le stress
- Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais obligatoire (écrit et oral)
- Maîtrise informatique générale et en particulier Word, Excel, et Powerpoint. La connaissance de SmartSheet est un plus.
