Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to oversee the administrative processes related to internships, from initial preparation through to the follow-up of training documentation, invoicing, and post-training evaluations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Data entry for internship management
  • Preparation and organization of internship documentation
  • Processing of payments and managing invoice tracking
  • Transmission of necessary administrative documents to relevant parties
  • Handling administrative after-sales inquiries
  • Reporting on outcomes and maintaining performance dashboards
