Quelles sont les missions ?
Je suis Kensy PIERRE consultante en recrutement au sein du bureau de FED Finance - Finance de marché. Je recherche actuellement un Head of reporting - Solvency 2.
Manager de l'équipe Transparisation, vous avez sous votre direction 4 personnes. A ce titre vous avez pour principales missions la garantie de la bonne exécution des missions confiées à l'équipe ainsi que l'organisation du service. Vous avez également un rôle de support fonctionnel (réponse aux questions des clients internes et externes, contrôles de premier niveau). A cela s'ajoute une partie production qui comprend :
- L'analyse des positions des fonds ;
- L'entrée en relation avec les sociétés de gestion (NDA et demande
d'information) ;
- La modélisation des produits dérivés et la vérification des calculs ;
- La réponse aux questions des clients internes et externes (en
externe contacts avec les services Risques ou Reporting d'Asset
Managers ou de Compagnies d'Assurance), etc.
Quel est le profil idéal ?
De formation supérieure (bac+5 minimum) spécialisée dans la finance / gestion, les mathématiques ou la finance de marché, vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en entreprise d'Assurance/Mutuelle ou chez un Asset manager gérant de portefeuille d'assurance. Vous êtes à l'aise sur les instruments financiers (les OPCVM) ainsi que sur la maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Access, VBA).
Par ailleurs, vous avez un niveau d'anglais opérationnel. Vous possédez une bonne connaissance des instruments financiers - tous types, incluant les dérivés et les OTC ainsi que sur la réglementation (calculs et reportings à produire). Enfin, vous avec une bonne aptitude à travailler avec des équipes IT.
