Your Mission
We are looking for an Apprentice to join the cash management team at BlaBlaCar. Their mission is to optimize and to ensure the proper management and the proper circulation of cash within the Group.
As a work-study student in the cash management Team, your role will be to support the team on the daily activities and get involved in a wide range of projects. You will be reporting to the head of cash management and working with a team of 3 people.
Your responsibilities
Supporting the teams in day-to-day cash management Reconciling bank flows, entering and monitoring short- and medium-term forecasts, monitoring cash positions and balancing accountsMonitoring supplier payment cycles and exchanges with customer relations departments for refundsReporting and analysis of cash positions and forecastManagement of back-office and accounting operationsMonitoring weekly settlements and handling complaintsAdministrative management: preparing letters to open and close bank accounts, Reconciling of cash and accounting data every monthProject supportParticipation in the various projects of the cash management TeamYour qualifications
Student to obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldInterest in understanding of financial markets, risk management, and interest in the treasury businessExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication abilities and good interpersonal skillsFull working proficiency in French and EnglishFit with our BlaBlaPrinciplesAbility to take ownership, aligned with business priorities Nice to have: experience in treasury and Kyriba knowledge would be appreciatedHaving an agreement from your school or university is mandatory.
