MISSION
Within the Group Purchasing Department, as a Project Manager in the Purchasing Transformation, Methods and Tools team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop the agility of Purchasing organisations in their ecosystem, by assessing their maturity and defining the target and implementation path for their transformation.
- Carrying out a large number of data analyses in order to make the figures speak for themselves and to be able to produce action plans, dated and nominative.
- Improving the operational efficiency of processes by favouring collective and industrial approaches directly inspired by Lean Management and change management to unite the key players around the challenges and levers of Purchasing performance.
- To be a source of proposals for organisational, technical and methodological solutions.
- Accelerating digital transformation by aligning the Purchasing strategy with new technological opportunities (AI).
- Taking part in the project to design, develop and implement a Group SRM.
- To professionalise the Purchasing function by improving knowledge, sharing best practice and making the assessment of Purchasing performance a core part of the Purchasing Department's service commitments.
- You will manage the roll-out of a P2P-SAP tool at head office, as well as change management and the associated deliverables (management of cross-functional projects, purchasing support, coordination, mobilisation, project communication, KPIs, etc.).
- You will be a driving force behind proposals to continue to mobilise and lead the community around transformation projects.
- You will be in contact with various purchasing departments in France and abroad. You will be in daily contact with a variety of people, and will act as the main point of contact with the IT, Finance, CSR and Compliance departments, as well as with external partners.
PROFILE AND SKILLS
- With a Master's degree (business or engineering school), you will have successful experience (2 to 6 years) in consulting, in an ESN (digital services company) or in a Purchasing Department.
- Mastery of project management processes is required.
- You have a strong interest in data.
- Your knowledge of the eProcurement solutions market (such as Ariba, Synertrade, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Per Angusta, Tradeshift, Zycus) would be a plus.
- You have demonstrated your ability to navigate complex organisations and build relationships with demanding stakeholders.
- You are passionate about the challenges of transformation, and you carry this commitment with conviction.
- Fluency in English and in Word, Excel and Powerpoint will be useful.
- Your autonomy, your curiosity, your ability to summarise and your rigour will be your major assets in successfully carrying out the tasks entrusted to you.
