Pour tenir notre objectif de devenir numéro 1 de la satisfaction client, une structure dédiée à la qualité de fonctionnement a été créée en 2022 au sein de la Direction du Numérique et de l'Organisation. Notre ambition est de piloter une approche zéro défaut client où chaque difficulté rencontrée par un client est une priorité, que le problème trouve sa source chez LCL, chez un de ses partenaires Groupe ou chez un prestataire externe.
Structure encore récente, vous serez acteur dans la détermination des leviers à exercer pour parvenir à atteindre les objectifs fixés. A ce titre, vous devrez faire preuve de leadership sur les sujets qui vous seront confiés en toute autonomie et être force de proposition afin de guider les orientations de la structure. Vous devrez également faire preuve d'un excellent relationnel, aussi bien au sein de l'équipe pour les travaux en co-construction qu'en externe (tribus SNI, Métiers, producteurs, prestataires).
Souhaitant renforcer la démarche déjà engagée par la structure, vous serez amené à réaliser les missions suivantes :
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de standard en matière de conception afin d'intégrer pleinement les enjeux de qualité dans un contexte agile et avec une orientation « produit » et parcours client
- S'intégrer pleinement aux projets stratégiques afin de veiller à ce que la qualité soit au cœur des travaux et ce, dès l'idéation du projet
- Apporter de l'expertise ou faire appel à l'expertise nécessaire pour accompagner les tribus et les Métiers notamment dans les tests, la mise en place de l'observabilité aussi bien technique que fonctionnelle et le pilotage des produits et parcours conçus
