Rattaché/e au Technicien(ne) Amélioration Continue, vous assurerez le suivi et l'amélioration des performances du processus de production et de l'usine.

A ce titre, vos principales responsabilités :

  • Collecter et fournir une analyse des données de production.
  • Identifier, évaluer et mettre en œuvre les pistes d'amélioration de la performance du processus de production.
  • Contribuer à la démarche d'amélioration continue.
  • Assurer la sécurité du processus.

A ce titre, vous aurez pour principales missions :

  • Assurer et diriger le programme 5s et housekeeping de l'usine.
  • Recueillir et mettre en forme les KPI's production.
  • Participer à la communication interne des KPI's.
  • Participer et soutenir la formation des travailleurs.
  • Assurer l'affichage et l'état du programme 5s.
  • Diriger le programme avec le plan de reconnaissance.
  • Rechercher, en lien avec les autres départements, les solutions visant à améliorer le process.
  • Mener les RCA production.
  • Préparer et participer aux audits internes ou externes.
  • Assurer la coordination de certaines opérations au sein du service Production.
  • Participer aux projets définis par la fonction Amélioration Continue Bunge (BPS, BMOS, 5S,...).

Profil :

  • Formation supérieure en Génie Chimique ou Génie des procédés
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en industrie chimique.
  • Connaissance approfondie du process et du fonctionnement de l'usine.
  • Connaissance du processus et des méthodologies d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Expérience en milieu Atex.
  • Connaissance du secteur d'activité (Chimie, extraction).
  • Maitrise du pack office.
  • Très bon niveau d'anglais.
  • Capacité d'analyse.
  • Bon niveau rédactionnel.
  • Pédagogue.
  • Capacité à synthétiser et à transmettre l'information en fonction de l'audience.
