Ensure compliance with HSE TERF rules in the deployment of projects as well as for the construction site part.Participate in preliminary visits and provide HSE expertise in their area of competence.Ensure on their scope that work is carried out safely according to the TotalEnergies standard.Monitor the documentary management of the Electricity Instrumentation Automation part, ensure its handling by engineering/ construction companies. Assist different stakeholders in the realization and monitoring of any derogations.Participate in engineering studies and validate them in the EI domain. Conduct site surveys if necessary.Draft calls for tenders for works and procurement of materials for projects.Prepare responses to various questions from the consulted companies within their competence area.Ensure the monitoring and supervision of work within their area of competence.Ensure the acceptance of works, with validation of associated documents.Participate in meetings to prepare and follow up on work.Assist the QA/QC cell in submitting end-of-project files for EE in the EI domain.Respond to requests from the plant integration team in the EI domain for expertise-related issues. CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT Work rhythm: Day Functional relationships: Functional connections with various departments of the Gargenville facility and external companies. PURPOSES Ensure the handling and safe progress of Electricity/Instrumentation studies/work (preparation, monitoring, and acceptance). REQUIRED PROFILEHigh school diploma or BAC +2 and significant experience in the field of Electricity Instrumentation. Knowledge in automation will be a plus.Recognized experience in the EI field and related regulations.Ability to work in a project teamGood knowledge of oil products, installations, and environments, particularly work permit procedures.Mastery of office tools and ability in written expression and human relations.
