Position Title: Crisis and Incident Management Program Manager

POSITION SUMMARY

The ambition of the security organization is to evolve to a business partner role, delivering value to the business while reducing and managing their risk. This by following a risk-based strategy and security improvement program with common objectives and controls.

The Crisis and Incident Management Program Manager is a part of Central team, and is a key discipline within Operational Resilience department to ensure that Business Continuity, IT Service Continuity, and Crisis & Incident management within the AXA Partners countries is defined, implemented, and delivered in accordance with the Group Security Strategy and supports to achieve local maturity objectives in cost-effective manner.

DIMENSIONS OF ROLE

As Crisis and Incident Management Program Manager, you will be part of the central Operational Resilience team and, reporting directly to Chief Operational Resilience Officer, while working closely with Operational resilience community including local Incident Management teams across AXA Partners countries located in Europe, North America, and LATAM.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for supporting the AXA Partners Crisis Coordinator in driving forward the Crisis and Incident management Group framework and controls within the global countries.

· Meet the incident and crisis management maturity targets with controls operating effectively within the countries

· Work closely with the local countries incident management team to ensure the correct incident management structures and processes are implemented; incident management requirements for high risk scenario testing, event Logs, incident Logs, Post Mortem Analysis and Remedial Action Plans are implemented

· Ensure risks and gaps are consolidated and presented on the Operational resilience steering committee

· Support internal or external audit requests and assurance reviews

· Support the crisis coordinator in case of major incident and crisis

· Provide support to Chief Operational Resilience Officer (CORO) for transversal oversight across all 3 disciplines; support the CORO in the crisis and incident management controls, global documentation, strategy, and implementation in countries.

· Collaborate with and support the Group Security Practice. Interactions with AXA Partners Head of Operational Resilience, Country OR community (BC Managers, IT Managers, Country managers), Regional Security Manager, Local Security officers, OR Managers and other stakeholders as necessary to ensure presence, quality and effectiveness of processes & controls.

· Serve as an advisor to the local countries in the implementation and maintenance of incident/ crisis management processes and controls and provides support to Regional Security Managers in their Operational Resilience activities

· Ensure policies, shared security services and action plans are implemented based on the Group Security Strategy

· Identify and analyze risk, recommend appropriate mitigation options.

· Ensure the high quality and consistency of reporting and action plans produced by local entities

· Consolidate reporting and evidences provided by local entities and at regional level

· Perform Quality Assurance at central level to reinforce confidence in the maturity level raised by countries

· Assess the impact on the business environment and advice on appropriate mitigation actions or the prioritization of projects and investments within the entity.

· Escalate the need to redirect investment or change practices to mitigate critical risks and ensure legal, regulatory or commercial compliance

· Implement continuous improvement processes and activities (e.g. good practices, reporting, problem resolution, automation, templates formalization) to ensure quality and relevance of Operational Resilience services

· Promote a culture of information security and raise awareness

· Ensure development and maintenance of auditable processes to enforce consistency across the region.

Your Profile

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

You have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems or information security. You have several years of experience working in the security field and you have a strong understanding of business continuity, IT service continuity, and crisis/incident management practices and standards, including DRII, BCI materials, ISO 22301, and Awareness of relevant regulations, particularly in DORA, is advantageous. Experience in business continuity, IT service continuity, crisis and incident management, security risk analysis, and information security is essential, with additional experience in the financial/insurance/assistance industry being beneficial. You are proficient in data management and reporting tools, fluent in English (with additional languages such as French or Spanish being an asset), excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to plan and execute projects are crucial. You can work autonomously and you possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with ClearView, SendWordNow, and SharePoint is a plus.
