Nous recherchons actuellement notre futur L'ingénieur de maintenance terrain (Field Service Engineer) afin d'assurer le maintien de la satisfaction de nos clients. Idéalement, vous êtes basé dans la région parisienne et proche d'Orléans.

Votre mission sera de garantir la satisfaction de nos clients à travers la promotion du service après-vente. Pour cela, vous serez responsable d'assurer les interventions curatives et préventives des équipements de laboratoire de la marque Beckman Coulter (DXI, Access, DXA, AU, PK, Remisol...)

Dans ce cadre vos missions consistent à :

  • Entretenir et réparer les équipements conformément aux engagements pris vis-à-vis des clients
  • Diagnostiquer les éventuels dysfonctionnements et définir les solutions correctives adaptées
  • Definir les besoins en pièces de rechanges
  • Être le garant de la satisfaction des clients existants en assurant les interventions curatives et préventives sur les gammes allouées ;
  • Participer aux installations techniques ;
  • Participer aux groupes de travail orientés sur la résolution des cas techniques complexes, apporter une expertise technique ;
  • Travail en étroite collaboration avec les différentes parties prenantes de l'organisation (vente, support technique , hotline, support applicatif, ordonnancement)
  • Mettre à jour les outils de travails collaboratifs (ServiceMax, gestion du stock personnel) ;

Profil souhaité :

  • Vous avez de préférence une formation technique (électronique, mécanique, robotique...)
  • Une première expérience (à partir de 2 ans) sur un poste en itinérance est requise dans l'industrie des sciences de la vie/ Diagnostic laboratoire (ou une autre industrie)
  • Vous avez un anglais d'un niveau technique à minima qui vous permettra de suivre les formations à l'étranger.
