Role Purpose

To assist with the preparation, delivery and post-test needs of exams administered by the British Council France by providing administrative support

Challenges & Accountabilities

Pre-Test Activities

  • Organizing secure test day materials such as attendance registers, question papers, answer sheets and others to be securely prepared and sent to exam venues
  • Preparing registration cameras, laptops, and other equipment to be used on test days
  • Assisting with management and storage of stationery sent to exam venues
  • Supporting the safe handling of secure materials in accordance with compliance standards during the multiple exchanges in country. This includes movement and activities related to the primary storage area known as the Confidential Materials Room (CMR) as well as final preparations of the Exam delivery before and during Test Day

Post-Test Activities

  • Assisting with unpacking of secure and non-secure exam materials following test days
  • Supporting exam certificate management and distribution
  • Supporting the compliant destruction process of secure exam materials following the test days

Exam Resource and Planning Activities

  • Providing support with travel arrangements for venue staff i.e. taxi bookings
  • Assisting with organization of filing systems, cupboards and secure storages

Training and development:

  • Attend all briefing and training sessions as requested by the British Council Examinations Services Centre.
  • Complete all mandatory training modules: Data Protection, Child Protection, Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities and Diversity, Anti-Fraud, Identity Checks as required.

Requirements

Registered in level 4 RNCP course including BAC Pro- Logistique or Secrtaire Assistant (e)
English: Upper Intermediate: Can communicate and write fluently on a wide range of topics
